The transformation of artificial intelligence (AI) is entering a new phase in Indonesian business. If AI was previously positioned largely as a technology for experimentation, organisations are now required to integrate it into everyday work activities to deliver measurable impact. This shift is driving demand for AI solutions that are not only technologically advanced but also easy to understand and apply across all levels of an organisation, from employees to company leadership.

PT Data Labs Analytics, a Google Cloud Premier Partner in Indonesia, has responded to this need by launching the Gemini Enterprise Xperience Center, an innovation showroom that allows organisations to see and directly trial AI applications in various business scenarios. The launch took place during Datalabs Xplore Day 2026, themed ‘The New Workforce: Humans, AI, and Agents at Work’. The experience centre is part of efforts to encourage Indonesian companies to move beyond understanding AI’s potential and begin using it to solve real operational problems.

Data Labs Analytics CEO Mendi Susanto said AI has become an essential capability for organisations. However, the biggest challenge is no longer simply understanding the technology, but finding ways for AI to create value for the business. ‘AI has become an essential capability for every organisation. Even so, many businesses are still groping for how AI can create value for their operations,’ Mendi said.

According to him, the Gemini Enterprise Xperience Center is designed to bridge that gap by providing organisations with direct experience of how AI can transform the way people work, collaborate, and make decisions. Unlike conventional technology presentations, visitors can directly trial various AI capabilities through interactive demonstrations and business scenarios. This approach is expected to accelerate companies’ understanding before undertaking AI transformation on a larger scale.

A number of use cases introduced include an HR AI Onboarding Assistant, Retail AI Onboarding Assistant, Marketing Content Creation and Campaign Assistance, IT Support and AI Actions, Personal Employee Productivity, Email Search and Smart Actions, Calendar Management, Information Retrieval and Summarization, and NotebookLM for research and idea development. These use cases demonstrate that AI application is not limited to technical work. AI can also be used to support human resources functions, marketing, information technology services, employee productivity, information management, and decision-making processes.

Mendi added that Data Labs wants to help Indonesian companies move from merely conducting trials towards AI adoption that delivers business impact. As a Google Cloud Premier Partner and the 2026 Google Cloud Partner of the Year for Indonesia, Data Labs combines Google Cloud technology with local expertise to assist companies in identifying AI use cases suited to each organisation’s needs. ‘The future of work will be shaped by collaboration between AI, intelligent agents, and human in the loop. And we are proud that this future can be experienced today,’ he said.

Head of SMB Partnerships JAPAC at Google Cloud, Giri Babu Madathala, said the Gemini Enterprise Xperience Center can be an important step for organisations to understand the practical impact of AI before undertaking large-scale transformation. According to him, direct experience through interactive demonstrations can help business leaders and technical teams explore various possibilities for AI use and accelerate its adoption. ‘By providing space for business leaders and technical teams to explore real use cases through interactive demonstrations, we hope this can accelerate AI adoption and inspire more Indonesian organisations to unlock new levels of innovation, efficiency, and business growth,’ Giri concluded.
