AI Forces Business World to Adapt Quickly, Autonomous Business Transformation Promoted
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is pushing the business world not only to adapt but also to transform more strategically. Therefore, PT VADS Indonesia has reaffirmed its commitment to playing a more strategic role in providing integrated Agentic AI solutions for businesses in Indonesia. Agentic AI enables companies to move faster, be more adaptive, and respond to customer needs with precision. “Through proper utilisation, this technology not only helps automate processes but also strengthens data-based decision-making and enhances the overall customer experience. This is crucial for companies that want to remain relevant and competitive amid the evolving dynamics of business,” stated Chief Executive Officer of PT VADS Indonesia, Idi Amir Ismail, quoted from his statement on Friday, 24 April 2026. To meet the needs of the business world, ADS held a meeting titled “The Agentic Shift: Orchestrating Business Autonomy” in Jakarta. The event brought together industry leaders, business practitioners, and stakeholders from various sectors to discuss the direction of AI development in business, focusing on the shift from Generative AI to Agentic AI, which is seen as capable of driving businesses to become more autonomous and adaptive. This commitment was further strengthened through presentation sessions featuring Danial Zamzamzairani from TM Global, who emphasised the importance of infrastructure as the foundation for Agentic AI through high-speed connectivity, low-latency, and GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) to support scalable implementation. Following the presentation sessions, the event continued with a panel discussion moderated by Deddy Hermansyah, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of PT VADS Indonesia, featuring Ratih Aprilia from Haier Sales Indonesia and Frank Cho, Regional Sales Director from AI Rudder. “This discussion confirms that technology covers only about 20% of the digitalisation process, while the remaining 80% is determined by operational readiness and the role of humans, including the contributions of experts at VADS,” he added. Through this series of interactive sessions, participants gained a more comprehensive understanding of AI implementation in business, while also recognising the importance of balancing technology and operations in driving sustainable transformation.
