The latest AI capabilities are available in Free, Starter, and Pro Suites without requiring any setup process or additional fees. With this feature, teams can instantly summarise data, draft personalised emails, and monitor customer activity, all through the platform they have been using to run their business. On Starter and Pro Suites, SMEs can also activate the Employee Agent, an AI assistant that works alongside human teams to provide instant context, draft communications, and log activities through simple conversational commands. Without requiring special configuration, SMEs can immediately leverage AI to reduce repetitive work, allowing them to focus more on the big picture of their business.
