These latest AI capabilities are available in the Free, Starter and Pro Suites without requiring any setup process or additional fees. With these features, teams can instantly summarise data, draft personalised emails and monitor customer activity, all through the platform they have long used to run their business.

On the Starter and Pro Suites, SME operators can also activate Employee Agent, an AI assistant that works alongside human teams to provide instant context, draft communications and log activities through simple conversational commands.

Without any special configuration required, SMEs can immediately harness AI to reduce repetitive work, allowing them to focus on the bigger picture of their business.
