Ahok serves as witness in Pertamina LNG procurement corruption case

Former Pertamina Chief Commissioner Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, known as Ahok, appeared as a witness in a corruption case hearing at the Corruption Court on Monday, 2 March 2026. The Public Prosecutor presented Purnama as a witness in an alleged corruption case involving LNG procurement at Pertamina and other institutions during the period 2011-2021. The defendant is Yenni Andayani, former Director of Pertamina Gas (2012-2014) and former Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at the Gas Directorate of Pertamina (2012-2013). Ahok served as Pertamina’s Chief Commissioner from 2019 to 2024.
