Jakarta - Shareholder Achmad Kalla of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK) sold shares worth Rp195.2 billion on 22 May 2026. Simultaneously, two investors were recorded as purchasing shares of equivalent value. According to BEI disclosure, Kalla sold 269,229,402 shares at Rp725 each. Prior to the transaction, his stake stood at 674,951,762 shares, equivalent to 25.56% of voting rights. Post-transaction, his holding fell to 405,722,360 shares, or 15.37% of voting rights.
