Ahmad Bahar's daughter confesses after interrogation by Hercules: 'Who told you to do this?'
DEPOK, Kompas.com - F (33), the daughter of the writer Ahmad Bahar, says she was briefly questioned by GRIB Jaya chairman Rosario de Marshall alias Hercules about who instructed her to send messages with threatening tones to his wife. This was conveyed by Hercules when F was brought to GRIB Jaya’s headquarters in Depok, West Java, on Sunday evening, 17 May 2026. ‘He asked, for example, ’Who told you to do this?’ I was also confused; who told me to do this? I don’t know; my account was hacked,’ F told Kompas.com at her home in Cimanggis, Depok, on Monday, 18 May 2026. F emphasised that she never sent the threatening messages as alleged. She said her WhatsApp account had been hacked a few days earlier. According to F, Hercules at the time was not yet convinced that the circulating messages were not sent by her personally. ‘If you Peter Hercules himself, from what I gathered, he still doesn’t believe that I did not send those irresponsible chats, that’s the gist,’ she said. Nevertheless, F said Hercules did not speak in an angry tone during the interrogation. F also noted that Hercules did not read out in detail the contents of the messages in question. He simply asserted that there were messages from F’s WhatsApp number containing threats to his wife. When trying to explain the suspected hacking of her WhatsApp account, F said she was interrupted several times during the conversation. The 33-year-old woman said the meeting with Hercules lasted around 30 minutes before she was again summoned for questioning by other GRIB Jaya members. F had previously been taken from her home in Cimanggis to the organisation’s headquarters by several GRIB Jaya members on Sunday afternoon.
