Jakarta — The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) is opening tax services on weekends to assist members of the public who wish to file individual income tax returns (SPT) ahead of the filing deadline for individual taxpayers (OP) on 31 March 2026.

The tax offices opening Coretax helpdesk services on weekends include the Primary Tax Office (KPP), Secondary Tax Office (KP2KP), Regional Tax Administration (Kanwil DJP), and DJP Central Office. Services will be available on 14-15 and 28-29 March 2026 from 08:00 to 12:00 local time.

Through its official Instagram account, the DJP has urged the public to regularly check the social media accounts of DJP work units to find available service dates and times. For example, residents of South Jakarta can find information on the official Instagram account of Mampang Prapatan Tax Office (@pajakmampangprapatan), whilst those in Banjarmasin can check the official Instagram account of Banjarmasin Primary Tax Office (@pajakbanjarmasin).

“Take advantage of this opportunity if you need face-to-face assistance in filing your annual income tax return,” the official @ditjenpajakri account stated on Friday, 13 March 2026.

The DJP has also urged the public to be alert to fraudulent schemes using the DJP name. “If contacted by someone claiming to be a DJP employee or official via email without the pajak.go.id domain, WhatsApp messages, or phone/WhatsApp calls requesting you to download applications, click certain links, or transfer money, do not follow their instructions and immediately confirm with your nearest tax office or the Tax Hotline 1500200.”
