High public mobility during the Lebaran season is reflected in this year’s travel flow projections. According to a survey by the Traffic Directorate and the Ministry of Transportation, the peak exodus is predicted to occur on 14–15 March and 18–19 March 2026, whilst the peak return migration is estimated for 24–25 March and 28–29 March 2026.

In anticipation of Ramadan and the Lebaran migration momentum, RedDoorz, a technology platform for multi-brand hospitality and accommodation, has launched the #AdaTerus programme. The programme offers special pricing of IDR 99,000 per room during the Lebaran migration period at selected properties located along major migration routes. The programme runs during the peak migration period from 11–19 March 2026.

Vibhor Atal, Director of Demand at RedDoorz, stated that the programme aims to support public travel during the Ramadan and Lebaran period whilst driving increased occupancy at RedDoorz partner properties across various Indonesian cities.

“Lebaran is a moment when public mobility in Indonesia reaches its peak. Through #AdaTerus, we want to ensure RedDoorz is always present for travellers, from Ramadan through the Lebaran holidays, by offering comfortable and affordable accommodation solutions. At the same time, this period represents an important opportunity for our property partners to optimise their occupancy rates,” said Vibhor on Wednesday (11 March 2026).

He explained that through an online-to-offline (O2O) approach, #AdaTerus integrates various digital promotions with direct experiences at RedDoorz properties, creating a smoother customer journey from travel planning through the accommodation experience itself.

“Through these various initiatives, we are confident that the #AdaTerus programme will further strengthen our position as an accommodation platform that is relevant to tourists’ needs and will have a positive impact on our property partners and local creative economy communities across various regions,” he added.

To support accommodation needs during migration, RedDoorz is also introducing various activations that combine digital engagement with on-ground experiences at properties. One such initiative is the launch of an interactive mudik-themed game filter on TikTok to reach young people and young families active on social media. Through this interactive game, which can be played until 31 March 2026, the public will have opportunities to win attractive prizes. “This activation is also designed to encourage direct bookings through our application,” he noted.

As part of its commitment to supporting the local creative economy in Indonesia, RedDoorz has partnered with the Ministry of Creative Economy to present a bazaar featuring culinary, craft, and fashion products from Sans and Urbanview brands at several partner properties in Yogyakarta, Bandung, and Malang.

“This initiative aims to enhance the experience for guests whilst providing opportunities for SMEs and local creators to reach wider markets during the Ramadan and Lebaran period,” he said.

Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya stated that cross-sector collaborations such as this have a positive impact on the creative economy ecosystem across various regions.

“This collaboration is a tangible example of synergy between the hospitality sector and the creative economy. The Lebaran holiday period is an ideal time to drive growth in local SMEs. We appreciate RedDoorz’s initiative in providing space for creative economy players to develop through its property network across various cities,” he concluded.
