Ahead of Eid, TASPEN Reinforces Anti-Gratification Stance and Gift-Giving Ban
Ahead of the celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri, PT TASPEN (Persero) has taken a firm stance in maintaining institutional integrity by urging all participants, business partners and related companies to refrain from giving gifts or parcels in any form to TASPEN staff and subsidiaries.
This measure represents a concrete manifestation of TASPEN’s commitment to strengthening good corporate governance and preventing potential conflicts of interest during this festive period.
TASPEN’s Corporate Secretary Henra emphasised that this policy is aligned with the implementation of ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System, which has been adopted by PT TASPEN (Persero) as part of the company’s commitment to strengthening organisational governance and integrity.
“At TASPEN, we remain consistently committed to building a professional working culture and upholding integrity. Therefore, we are calling for cooperation from all stakeholders to support the ‘Zero Gratification’ spirit by not providing gifts in any form ahead of Eid,” Henra stated.
TASPEN has also called upon the public and all stakeholders to play an active role in maintaining a transparent and accountable working environment. This commitment is part of TASPEN’s efforts to implement the latest provisions regarding gratification control as stipulated in the Anti-Corruption Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2026 concerning amendments to Anti-Corruption Commission Regulation Number 2 of 2019 on Gratification Reporting.
These regulations strengthen reporting mechanisms and gratification controls to promote more integrity-based and accountable governance. Should members of the public discover any TASPEN personnel requesting or accepting gifts or gratification related to their position, reports can be submitted through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) provided by the company.
Reports can be submitted through several channels, including via complaint email pengaduan@taspen.co.id, SMS/WhatsApp 08111446666, and through the website wbs.taspen.co.id. The identity of all whistleblowers is guaranteed confidentiality as a form of protection.
Throughout 2025, PT TASPEN (Persero) is implementing various initiatives to strengthen anti-corruption culture and gratification control. These programmes include anti-corruption outreach in conjunction with International Anti-Corruption Day (IACD), Compliance Movie Day activities, compliance culture and good corporate governance socialisation at headquarters and branch offices, integrity e-learning, and internal digital campaigns emphasising the 5 NO principles (No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, No Luxurious Hospitality, No Conflict of Interest).
These measures are part of TASPEN’s ongoing efforts to build a transparent, accountable and integrity-based working ecosystem. Through these steps, TASPEN hopes to receive support from all stakeholders to jointly create a clean, healthy working environment free from corrupt practices, collusion and nepotism.
This commitment also forms part of TASPEN’s efforts to strengthen the company’s integrity culture whilst reaffirming its role as a Centre of Excellence in managing social security for state apparatus, prioritising good corporate governance and professional service delivery to all participants. In its implementation, TASPEN is targeting the achievement of Zero Fraud within the company environment. Active participation from the public and stakeholders is essential to monitor and report any indications of integrity violations.
