There are also deposits from the oil and gas sector amounting to 3 SPTs in rupiah and 40 SPTs in US dollars.

The details of this reporting pertain to the Annual SPT for the January–December 2025 book year.

The breakdown includes 17,540,725 individual taxpayers, 1,067,615 corporate taxpayers, 91,303 government institution taxpayers, and 228 Electronic System-Based Trade (PMSE) taxpayers.

For the record, the reporting period for individual taxpayers’ annual SPT has been extended until 30 April 2026 from the original 31 March 2026.

The DJP affirms that it will continue to follow up on taxpayers who have not fulfilled their reporting obligations as part of efforts to increase compliance.

Taxpayers who report their annual SPT late will be subject to administrative sanctions in the form of fines, namely Rp100,000 for individual taxpayers and Rp1 million for corporate taxpayers.
