Ahead of Deadline, KPK Reminds State Officials to Report 2025 Assets
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has reminded state officials and mandatory reporters to submit their periodic State Organisers’ Wealth Reports (LHKPN) for the 2025 reporting year no later than 31 March 2026 via the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website.
“The submission of LHKPN is in the form of self-assessment, thus requiring the self-awareness of every state official or mandatory reporter to report their assets honestly, accurately, and completely,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Monday.
He further stated that the KPK is requesting leaders of ministries/institutions, regional governments, and state-owned/regional-owned enterprises to actively monitor and ensure that all state officials or mandatory reporters in their environments properly submit their LHKPN.
“The role of leaders is key in driving compliance and building a culture of integrity in their respective institutions,” he said.
He added that the KPK is also ready to provide assistance services for state officials or mandatory reporters facing difficulties in the filling and submission process via the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website, or by contacting the email elhkpn@kpk.go.id or the KPK call centre at 198.
Meanwhile, he said that based on KPK data as of 26 March 2026, 87.83% or approximately 337,340 out of a total of 431,882 state officials or mandatory reporters have submitted their 2025 periodic LHKPN.
According to him, the judiciary sector has the highest compliance rate at 99.66%, followed by the executive at 89.06%, and state-owned/regional-owned enterprises at 83.96%.
Nevertheless, he said, the compliance rate for LHKPN reporting in the legislative sector still needs to be encouraged, as only 55.14% have reported.
“The KPK reminds that the strategic role of legislative institutions in budgeting, oversight, and legislation functions also needs to be accompanied by exemplary conduct in LHKPN reporting,” he stated.
Furthermore, he said that after state officials or mandatory reporters submit their 2025 periodic LHKPN, the KPK will conduct administrative verification before publishing it via the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website.
