Ahead of Danantara Housing Expo, BNI Presents Property Area at wondrX 2026
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is presenting a property area at BNI wondrX 2026 as part of the pre-event series leading up to Danantara Housing Expo 2026. BNI wondrX is taking place at ICE BSD, Tangerang, from 21 to 23 August 2026.
Through this area, the public can explore various housing options while obtaining information on mortgage financing before visiting Danantara Housing Expo 2026, which will be held at NICE PIK 2 from 27 to 30 August 2026.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said wondrX 2026 provides an opportunity for prospective buyers to prepare their financing needs from the outset so that the home search process can be carried out in a more planned manner.
“At wondrX 2026, the public can first explore housing options while obtaining information and financing convenience. This is part of the series leading to Danantara Housing Expo, so prospective buyers can be better prepared when they find a property that suits their needs,” Okki said in a written statement.
In the property area, BNI is presenting various housing options as well as KPR BNI Griya mortgage products. The public can also carry out a pre-assessment to obtain an initial picture of their financing capacity before deciding on a property.
During wondrX 2026, BNI is offering KPR BNI Griya mortgage interest rates starting from 1 percent, along with waived provision and administration fees. For booking fee payments using a BNI Credit Card, customers can also enjoy 0 percent instalments for up to 12 months and cashback of Rp 180,000, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

After the pre-event series at wondrX 2026, the public can continue their home search through Danantara Housing Expo 2026 at NICE PIK 2 on 27–30 August 2026. The event will bring together the public with property industry players and present various housing options and financing solutions.
