Indonesian integrated e-commerce management service provider AHA Commerce has expanded its operations to Thailand. Chief Executive Officer Stephen Lawrence stated that this move marks a new milestone for the company in bringing its data-based digital business management capabilities to the Southeast Asian market. “This expansion is supported by AHA Commerce’s experience in developing systems, processes, and technology to help brands grow across various marketplaces,” Stephen said.

To date, AHA Commerce has been entrusted to manage over 280 brands, supported by a team of more than 220 experts and handling over 8.1 million orders. Stephen noted that this achievement provided the foundation for the company to bring its business model to the regional market.

AHA Commerce began managing its first online store in Thailand in September 2025. The company was appointed to handle marketplace operations for a brand already present in the country, which subsequently recorded a 221 percent growth in turnover. Stephen explained that the expansion is not merely about enlarging market share, but serves as proof that the business model and systems developed in Indonesia can be successfully applied in other countries. “When the system proved capable of generating consistent growth for brands in Indonesia, we saw an opportunity to bring the same approach to the regional market. Thailand is our first step in realising that vision,” he said.

In its initial phase, AHA Commerce’s services in Thailand focus on managing online stores for local brands. The operational model adapts the systems developed in Indonesia, with adjustments made to suit local consumer characteristics, marketplace dynamics, and promotional strategies relevant to the Thai market.
