Agustina Wilujeng Launches Integrated Application to Simplify Semarang Residents' Access to Public Services

Semarang Mayor Agustina Wilujeng is continuing to strengthen the digital transformation of public services through the “Semarang Dalam Genggaman Saya” (SDGs) application. With this app, the public can access various services without needing to visit government offices in person.

Through this integrated platform, approximately 20 public services can be accessed in one application, ranging from population administration, healthcare services, education, transportation, to public complaints. Agustina stated that the presence of this application is a response to the public’s need for more practical, quick, and efficient services.

“Now, the public no longer needs to go to multiple offices just to handle different services. With just one application, everything can be accessed from anywhere,” said Agustina.

For example, in population services, Semarang residents can handle birth certificates, death certificates, and population transfers digitally. In addition, the public can access healthcare services through community health centres and hospitals, utilise Trans Semarang public transportation, and make tax and levy payments more easily.

Not only that, the application is also equipped with a digital identity feature that allows the public to store various important cards in one system, making it more practical and efficient without having to carry many physical documents. “In terms of information, residents can monitor market prices, city conditions through Pantau Semar, and obtain real-time information on floods and Semarang City event schedules,” she said.

Meanwhile, through the Lapor Semar feature, the public can also submit complaints and aspirations directly, which will be followed up by relevant regional apparatus as part of improving the quality of public services. Semarang City residents can already download the “Semarang Dalam Genggaman Saya” application via the Google Play Store.

With this convenience, the Semarang City Government encourages the public to utilise digital services as part of efforts to realise more modern, responsive, and citizen-needs-oriented government administration.
