Agus Susanto Increases Shareholding in PMUI

Agus Susanto, the President Director of PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia, has increased his shareholding portion on 3 June 2026. PMUI management stated in a written disclosure on 4 June that Agus Susanto had purchased 4,368,800 PMUI shares at a price of Rp67-75 per share. “The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,” he said. Following the transaction, Agus Susanto’s shareholding in PMUI became 1.396 billion shares (24.08%), compared to the previous 1.392 billion shares (24%).
