Agung Sedayu Sells Rp 281.85 Billion CBDK Shares
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Agung Sedayu was observed selling shares of the issuer, the developer of the MICE district PIK 2, PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK). The total value of the share sale transactions amounted to around Rp 281.85 billion.
The company owned by conglomerate Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan reported the share sale in three tranches. In the first transaction, 12,600,020 ordinary shares were sold at Rp 5,300 per share. In the second transaction, 35,680,000 shares were sold at Rp 5,350 per share. Then 4,650,000 ordinary shares were sold at Rp 5,200 per share.

Before this action, Agung Sedayu held 77,519,380 units or equivalent to 1.37% of voting rights.
After the transactions were completed, his ownership was reduced to 24,589,360 shares. His voting rights stood at 0.43%.
Following the news, CBDK shares were recorded down 3.84% to Rp 4,880 at the close of session I today. Its market capitalisation reached Rp 27.66 trillion.
