Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The property company owned by Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), has announced it will carry out a fourth Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights (PMTHMETD IV), or private placement, worth Rp498.28 billion. Through an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the developer of PIK 2 stated it will issue 72.48 million new shares at an exercise price of Rp6,875 per share. Based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on 26 June 2024, PANI stated the corporate action is being undertaken to strengthen its capital structure. The funds obtained will also be used to support the business continuity of its subsidiaries, namely PT Panorama Eka Tunggal and PT Karunia Utama Selaras. Following the private placement, the number of issued and fully paid shares will increase from 18.12 billion shares to 18.19 billion shares. The nominal value of each new share issued is Rp100 per share. The company has scheduled the issuance of the PMTHMETD IV shares for 23 June 2026. Subsequently, the shares resulting from the corporate action will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 24 June 2026, and notification of the results will be made on 25 June 2026. All new shares issued in the PMTHMETD IV will be taken up by investors, namely PT Victoria Jaya Abadi and Providentia Wealth Management Ltd. The company confirmed that both parties are not affiliated with PANI. With the implementation of this private placement, the company’s issued and paid-up capital will increase to Rp1.82 trillion. Alongside this news, PANI shares rose 1.53% to Rp6,950 in today’s trading, with its market capitalisation reaching Rp125.91 trillion.
