Aguan's CBDK First-Half 2026 Profit Surpasses Full-Year 2025
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), a company owned by conglomerate Sugianto Kusumo alias Aguan, posted revenue of Rp2.2 trillion in the first half of 2026, an 84% increase compared to the same period last year. The company also recorded a net profit of Rp1.68 trillion, surpassing its full-year 2025 achievement of Rp1.36 trillion.
On an annual basis, net profit attributable to the entity’s owners surged 225%, with the net profit margin increasing to 76% from 43% in the same period the previous year.
President Director of CBDK, Steven Kusumo, stated that the profit growth, which far exceeded revenue growth, reflects the increasingly optimal monetisation of the PIK2 CBD area, supported by the contribution of high-margin land plot sales.
Fundamentally, CBDK is supported by a strong asset base, with total assets reaching Rp22.2 trillion as of 30 June 2026. The company strengthened its asset portfolio through investment diversification into investment property, namely the Nusantara International Convention & Exhibition (NICE) mega project, which has been operational since August 2025.
Regarding its share price, CBDK shares strengthened 0.53% today to Rp3,800 per share. Over the past month, the share price has risen by 11.44%, although it has weakened by 55.29% year-to-date.
