Agrinas Palma Strengthens Governance and SME Opportunities via IPS
PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) is strengthening its corporate governance, increasing procurement transparency, and expanding participation opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and local suppliers through an integrated procurement system (IPS).
President Director Mohammad Abdul Ghani stated that the digital platform for procuring goods and services is designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, accountability, and compliance throughout the company’s procurement processes.
“The launch of IPS is a strategic step for the company in accelerating the digitalisation of business processes while reinforcing the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) principles,” Ghani said in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.
The system integrates all stages of procurement, from needs planning and provider selection to control and documentation, making the procurement process faster, more transparent, competitive, and well-documented.
The company is opening opportunities for prospective partners to register or update vendor data via the website https://ips.agrinaspalma.co.id/vendors.
Ghani added that the implementation of IPS is part of a corporate governance transformation that serves as a crucial foundation for building a professional, high-integrity, and competitive company.
“IPS is not merely the digitalisation of the procurement process, but part of the corporate governance transformation we are building,” he said.
