Agrinas Palma Emphasises Integrity and Solidarity in Executing Government Mandate
PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) has emphasised integrity and solidarity as two vital aspects in carrying out government assignments. This was stated by the Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to Danantara, Major General TNI (Ret.) Zacky Anwar Makarim, during a briefing and social gathering with retired Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) personnel serving within the company.
“This meeting serves as a momentum to unify our steps while strengthening integrity, solidarity, and professionalism in executing the state’s mandate,” Zacky said in a written statement in Jakarta on Saturday (5/9/2026).
Zacky stressed the importance of maintaining a spirit of service in every assignment. According to him, the discipline, loyalty, and integrity developed during military service are essential assets in supporting the company’s execution of the state’s mandate.
“The spirit of service must be maintained wherever we serve. The experience we possess must be realised through professional, high-integrity work that provides benefits to the company, the community, and the nation,” said Zacky.
The Deputy Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Agency, Tedi Bharata, stated that professionalism, accountability, and good corporate governance are crucial factors in supporting the company’s transformation success. Tedi expressed hope that all levels of the organisation would work adaptively, collaboratively, and with a results-oriented approach while maintaining strict compliance.
“Organisational solidarity must go hand in hand with the implementation of good governance. Every individual within the company needs to share a common goal, carry out responsibilities professionally, and ensure every decision adds value to the company,” said Tedi.
The President Commissioner of PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero), Lieutenant General TNI (Ret.) R. Wisnoe Prasetija Boedi, asserted that integrity is the primary foundation for executing corporate responsibilities. He expressed hope that the experience and spirit of service of the retired TNI personnel would contribute positively to building a disciplined, solid, and responsible work culture.
“Integrity, discipline, and loyalty must be reflected in every execution of duty. All ranks must maintain cohesion and place the interests of the company and the state above personal or group interests,” stated Wisnoe.
The President Director of Agrinas Palma Nusantara, Mohammad Abdul Ghani, stated that the solidarity of all personnel is a key factor in supporting the company’s execution of strategic government mandates. A shared vision and good coordination are required so that every programme can be implemented effectively, accountably, and sustainably.
“The mandate entrusted to Agrinas Palma Nusantara is a significant responsibility. Therefore, we require a solid, high-integrity team with unified steps so that every task can be carried out professionally and provide real benefits to the community and the nation,” said Ghani.
Ghani noted that the event took place in a warm and communal atmosphere. Beyond serving as a space for networking, Ghani mentioned that the meeting was utilised to build a shared perception and strengthen coordination among all levels of the company.
