Agri unit buys RI company

SINGAPORE (AFX-ASIA): Golden Agri-Resources Ltd said its unit
PT Ivo Mas Tunggal has acquired PT Agropalma Sejahtera, which
owns palm plantations in West Kalimantan, for a cash
consideration of Rp 1.3 billion.

Golden Agri-Resources, a unit of Asia Food & Properties, said
the acquisition gives the company 35,000 hectares of landrights
located in Western Kalimantan, Indonesia, of which 26,000 are
ready for planting.
