AGO to Forcibly Bring in Febrie Adriansyah if He Skips Summons Again
The Junior Attorney General for Supervision at the Attorney General’s Office, Rudi Margono, stated in Jakarta on Thursday (24/7) that the AGO is open to forcibly bringing in former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes Febrie Adriansyah should he fail to attend today’s examination. Rudi explained that this is stipulated in Article 28 of Law Number 20 of 2025 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code, which regulates the obligation of suspects or witnesses to appear, re-summons, and the use of limited coercive measures.
