AGO Seals Electric Motorcycles Linked to Free Nutritious Meal Case, Warehouse in Sentul Targeted
The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) is continuing to trace alleged corruption in the procurement project for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme. Investigators have now moved to an electric motorcycle storage warehouse in the Sentul area, Bogor, which is suspected to be linked to the high-value procurement project.
The arrival of the investigation team from the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) was not to seize the vehicles at the location. Instead, they conducted data collection and sealing as part of the investigation series into the alleged corruption case in the governance of the MBG programme for the 2025-2026 period.
The Director of Investigation at Jampidsus, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, confirmed the steps taken by the investigation team at the warehouse. “Yes (investigators went to the electric motorcycle procurement warehouse in Sentul). Just to check the quantity and seal it,” he said on Wednesday, 17 June 2026.
This sealing marks the latest development in a case that has already ensnared several suspects, including former senior officials of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) and private parties suspected of involvement in procuring goods for the MBG programme. Despite the sealing, Syarief stressed that this action is not part of an asset seizure. Investigators are currently still focused on matching the quantity of goods and verifying the existence of the electric motorcycle units included in the procurement project.
The tracing is not stopping in Bogor. The Attorney General’s Office confirmed that similar inspections will be carried out at several other warehouses located in the Jakarta area. “(Other warehouses will be visited later), in stages,” he added.
It is known that on 3 June 2026, AGO investigators named three former BGN officials as suspects: former BGN Head Dadan Hindayana (DH), former Deputy Head of BGN for Organisational Development and Institutional Support Lodewyk Pusung (LP), and former Deputy Head of BGN for Nutritional Fulfilment Operations Sony Sonjaya (SS). Then, on 6 June 2026, a fourth suspect was named, Asep Yusuf Somantri (AYS), a private party involved in locating SPPG kitchen sites. Subsequently, on 12 June 2026, a fifth suspect was named, Andri Mulyono, Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal (YAT), who was involved in the procurement of goods and services at BGN, specifically electric motorcycles.
