The Attorney General’s Office has revealed the role of Andri Mulyono (AM), Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal (YAT), in a suspected corruption case concerning the governance of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) for the 2025–2026 fiscal year. Director of Investigation at the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, stated at the Kejagung Round Building in Jakarta on Friday that AM was the supplier of electric motorcycles for the Nutrition Fulfilment Service Units (SPPG) procured by BGN, and the procurement price was allegedly marked up.

In 2025, AM, as commissioner and controller of PT YAT, a company engaged in goods and logistics procurement, held a meeting with LP (Lodewyk Pusung), who served as Deputy Head of BGN. The meeting aimed to present the company’s profile in order to secure procurement projects at BGN. Following the meeting, Andri Mulyono obtained information about an electric motorcycle procurement project at BGN. Since February 2025, AM has allegedly been unlawfully engaging in active communication with the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) to follow up on the procurement plan.

Because PT YAT did not meet the vendor qualifications, Andri Mulyono collaborated with an individual identified as AA to acquire PT ASE, thereby facilitating PT YAT’s bid to win the procurement tender. Both individuals actively communicated with the parties involved in the procurement process. Andri Mulyono is suspected of acting unlawfully by inflating the price of each electric motorcycle unit to approach the available budget ceiling. The Self-Estimated Price (HPS) and the Terms of Reference (KAK) were allegedly pre-arranged by BGN and the suspect. The documents were fabricated to appear as though the motorcycle assembly had been completed and met specifications, whereas the price and specifications of the electric motorcycles did not conform to the required standards and BGN’s needs.

For his actions, Andri Mulyono has been charged under the Anti-Corruption Law and is currently detained for 20 days at the Salemba Detention Centre branch of the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office. To date, the Attorney General’s Office has named five suspects in the alleged corruption case concerning the governance of the MBG programme.
