The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) has spoken out regarding a luxury house in Sentul belonging to former Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah, which was not recorded in the State Officials’ Wealth Report (LHKPN). Head of the AGO’s Legal Information Centre, Anang Supriatna, stated that reporting the LHKPN to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is a personal matter for each prosecutor. Therefore, he admitted he did not know that the luxury house in Sentul, Bogor, West Java, which had been searched by National Police investigators, was not included in the LHKPN. Anang reasoned that the AGO’s task is merely to record whether members of the Adhyaksa Corps have reported their LHKPN or not. “Firstly, I do not know. The LHKPN is personal, reported to the KPK. We only record that the person concerned has proof of reporting, that is all,” he told journalists on Wednesday (15/7). Previously, Febrie admitted that the house searched by the Police’s Corruption Eradication Corps (Kortas Tipikor) and the Metro Jaya Regional Police’s Special Criminal Investigation Directorate belonged to him. Although ownership was acknowledged, the luxury house in the Sentul area, Bogor, West Java, was not recorded in the State Officials’ Wealth Report (LHKPN) submitted by Febrie to the KPK on 7 March 2026. In that LHKPN, Febrie only reported five land and building assets in the South Jakarta, South Tangerang, and Bandung areas. During the search of the Sentul house, whose ownership Febrie acknowledged, investigators found Rp476 billion in cash and 74 kilograms of gold bullion.
