The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) has raided the home of lawyer Don Ritto, a suspect in a money laundering case involving 74 kilogrammes of gold and Rp543 billion in cash found at a residence belonging to Febrie Adriansyah in Sentul. Head of the AGO’s Legal Information Centre, Anang Supriatna, stated that the search was conducted by the special ‘Team 9’ on Tuesday, 4 August 2026. ‘The investigative team searched one location in the Bandung area belonging to DR,’ Anang told reporters at the Coordinating Ministry for Political and Security Affairs on Wednesday, 5 August 2026. Anang revealed that several documents were seized during the operation, which are suspected to be linked to the money laundering cases involving Don Ritto and former Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes, Febrie Adriansyah. The Bandung raid followed a series of searches conducted a day earlier, including the office of the suspect lawyer Don Ritto and his associates in South Jakarta, as well as the Depok residence of another suspect, Nurman Herin. Investigators also searched four companies suspected of involvement in the case, all located in South Jakarta: PT HI, PT PIS, PT KNE, and PT SME. Anang emphasised that all investigative actions are carried out in accordance with applicable procedural law and are part of efforts to secure evidence, clarify the case structure, and trace assets believed to be proceeds of crime.
