The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) has issued a total of four Investigation Warrants (Sprindik) against former Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah. “It is correct, there are four Investigation Warrants now,” said the Head of the AGO’s Legal Information Centre, Anang Supriatna, when confirmed via text message on Thursday (23/7). Anang stated that the latest case under investigation is the alleged Money Laundering (TPPU) related to the discovery of 74 kilograms of gold and Rp543 billion in cash at Febrie’s Sentul residence. He mentioned that the issuance of the Sprindik was carried out by Team 9 after receiving the transfer of evidence from the Police’s Corruption Crime Eradication Corps (Kortas Tipidkor). “The Attorney General’s Office has studied the case, resulting in the issuance of a new Investigation Warrant specifically for TPPU with Number Print-03/F.2/Fd.2/07/2026 dated 20 July 2026,” he explained. Anang said that in the TPPU case, Team 9 had summoned four witnesses, namely Febrie, Don Ritto, NH, and TS, for questioning on Wednesday (22/7). However, he noted that Febrie did not comply with the summons, citing health reasons. “Two people did not fulfil the summons, namely FA for health reasons and NH who was absent without notice. Therefore, the Investigation Team will reissue the summons on Friday, 24 July 2026,” he stated. Meanwhile, the other three Sprindik, he said, are to follow up on the transfer of cases from the Police. He explained that the first Sprindik relates to alleged corruption at PT Krakatau Steel. The second Sprindik concerns alleged corruption in the procurement of coal for a PLN power plant that resulted in a blackout. The last Sprindik relates to a corruption case at PT ASABRI. In this case, Anang stated that Febrie has been named a suspect alongside a private party, Don Ritto.
