The investigation team from the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) continues to conduct search operations at several points in the Jakarta area on Thursday (4/6/2026). This effort is being made to collect documents and electronic evidence related to the alleged corruption case in the governance of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme, which has ensnared former Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, along with his two former deputies, Lodewyk Pusung and Sony Sonjaya. Director of Investigation at Jampidsus, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, stated that his team is still combing through several locations. “We are still in the process of collecting evidence through forced search efforts in several places. It is still ongoing,” said Syarief in Jakarta on Thursday. Syarief remains reluctant to divulge details regarding the addresses or types of locations targeted, whether private vendor offices or the suspects’ personal residences. He confirmed that today’s search focus has shifted to new points, differing from the six locations previously searched by investigators earlier in the week. “We have moved on, still going. We will convey the details later as it is still in progress. What is clear is that all searches conducted today are within the Jakarta area,” he said. According to Syarief, the intensity of the investigation team’s movements has been deliberately increased over the past two to three days. The AGO is implementing a non-stop chain search strategy to trace the flow of funds for supporting goods procurement, the prices of which are suspected to have been marked up. “Our system in these past two to three days has indeed been intensive in seeking evidence and conducting searches in multiple places in a marathon,” Syarief remarked.
