agnt8x Launches World's First Platform to Recruit and Manage AI Agents as a Workforce

George Town, Cayman Islands — agnt8x, a platform for recruiting and managing AI agents as a workforce developed by EightX Labs Ltd, is now publicly accessible via agnt8x.ai. With agnt8x, corporations can search, recruit, integrate, manage, and coordinate AI agents much like they manage human employees. The platform encompasses various Large Language Model (LLM) providers, utilising a single Passport, a single audit trail, and a single contract.

Over the past 12 months, numerous large-scale AI laboratories have launched AI agents. This trend has introduced new challenges for enterprises, specifically the use of AI agents from various providers without an integrated system for recruitment, onboarding, auditing, or management. To date, no platform has functioned as a ‘Workday’ for AI agents; agnt8x serves as a neutral platform connecting various AI agent providers.

The platform is designed around five core pillars. FIND acts as an ontology-based job board that matches AI agents with specific roles. FORGE serves as a private catalogue for companies wishing to integrate their own AI agents. STUDIO provides a nine-stage onboarding workflow. MANAGE acts as a workforce control centre that monitors the profit and loss of each AI agent in real-time, monitors operational alignment, provides a complete audit trail, and offers a unified billing system for various AI agent providers, memory layers, and tasks (per-task calls). Meanwhile, CONDUCTOR supports the orchestration of multi-agent teams from different providers within a single unified interface, a feature currently unavailable on other platforms.

agnt8x also operates as a two-way marketplace. In addition to the platform for corporate users, there is a global marketplace for independent developers to publish and monetise AI agents or applications that meet corporate needs. Through this feature, developers earn recurring monthly revenue as long as the AI agents are utilised. The developer ecosystem is already commercially active.

The agnt8x platform is available in three models. First, a SaaS model for startups to medium-sized enterprises. Second, Tenant Workspace, which is a bespoke implementation for large corporations using a single-tenant deployment scheme. Third, EMBASSY, a comprehensive platform available within the client’s Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) without agnt8x having access to operational data, making it suitable for strategic institutions and government agencies. Across all service levels, users can choose the agnt8x key system or Bring-Your-Own-Keys (BYOK) for encryption.

Simultaneously, agnt8x has released the EightX Agent Manifest (EAM) v0.1 under the Apache 2.0 open-source licence. With this open model, AI agent definitions can be used across various operational environments without being tied to a specific provider.

This open design extends beyond AI agents. agnt8x is also collaborating with various institutions developing identity standards for AI agents and inter-agent payment systems. agnt8x plans to align its Passport with open standards for identity and transaction settlement for AI agents. Recruitment is merely the first step; agnt8x supports transactions between AI agents across various sectors, including not only financial services but also high-value resources such as AI computing, advanced quantum computing capacity, and verified environmental assets, including carbon removal instruments.
