AGM Approves Dividend and Unveils Premium Housing Project
PT Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk (PUDP) is distributing a cash dividend of Rp1 per share from its net profit for the 2025 financial year while simultaneously introducing its newest housing project, SOLEA Lebak Bulus, during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and Public Expose 2026 held in Jakarta on Thursday (4/6).
Company Director Toto Sasetyo Dwi Budi Listyanto stated that the company posted a net profit of Rp1.61 billion throughout 2025.
During the AGM, shareholders approved the distribution of a cash dividend of Rp1 per share to all shareholders recorded on 659.12 million outstanding shares. The dividend will be paid no later than 1 July 2026.
In addition to approving the use of net profit, shareholders also determined the composition of the company’s management for the 2026–2029 term. The Board of Commissioners consists of President Commissioner Kosmian Pudjiadi, Commissioner Ariyo Tejo, and Independent Commissioner Octavianus Halim. Meanwhile, the board of directors is led by President Director Damian Pudjiadi and Director Toto Sasetyo Dwi Budi Listyanto.
In a public presentation, the company also introduced its latest residential project titled SOLEA Lebak Bulus, an exclusive housing area in South Jakarta targeting the upper-middle segment.
Vice President Operations Michael Pudjiadi said the project is designed to answer urbanites’ need for more private, comfortable, and quality housing amidst the capital’s density.
“SOLEA Lebak Bulus was designed as a response to the need for calmer housing amidst Jakarta’s dynamics. With a limited number of units and a design approach focusing on natural light and spatial balance, we want to present a living experience that is more personal, refined, and relevant to today’s urban lifestyle,” he said, quoted from a received press release.
SOLEA Lebak Bulus carries the Prestige Living concept with a one-gate system and integrated security. The project offers a more exclusive residential environment with a limited number of units. The name SOLEA is derived from the word Sol meaning sun, representing light, warmth, and life. This philosophy is realised through a design that prioritises natural lighting, optimal air circulation, and a layout that provides a spacious impression.
For design development, the company partnered with architectural firm Atelier Riri, known for combining modern aesthetics with effective spatial function. The housing offered has building width options ranging from 7 metres to 10 metres.
Located in the Lebak Bulus area, this project has direct access to Jalan RS Fatmawati and Jalan Karang Tengah Raya. The location is also close to several public facilities such as Mayapada Hospital, Siloam Hospital, Singapore Intercultural School (SIS), and Bakti Mulya School.
According to the company, market trends show increasing consumer interest in premium housing with a limited number of units, more personal designs, and environments that support life balance.
