The former Director General of Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady, has been sentenced to four years in prison in a land corruption case. The judge stated that the aggravating considerations for the sentence were Dicky’s actions damaging the integrity and objectivity of leadership in SOEs, where the institution should have the responsibility to manage forest natural resources for the benefit of the state.

“The defendant’s actions have damaged the integrity and objectivity of leadership in SOEs, where that institution should have the responsibility to manage forest natural resources for the benefit of the state,” said the judge when reading the verdict at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court, Thursday (9/4/2026).

The judge stated that another aggravating consideration for the sentence was that Dicky’s actions did not support the government’s programme, which is vigorously carrying out corruption eradication. Meanwhile, the mitigating considerations for the sentence were that Dicky behaved politely and has never been punished before.

“The mitigating circumstances are that the defendant has never been punished, the defendant behaved politely and cooperatively during the trial,” he said.

The judge stated that the total bribe money received by Dicky amounted to SGD 199,000 or equivalent to Rp 2,519,340,000 (2.5 billion). The judge said that the money was given in two instalments, which Dicky used to buy golf equipment and pay off a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon car.

The bribe money was given by Djunaidi Nur as Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML), as well as through his personal assistant, Aditya Simaputra. In the examination of this case, Dicky did not propose any mitigating witnesses.

Previously, Dicky Yuana Rady was sentenced to four years in prison. The judge stated that Dicky was proven to have received bribes related to his position for the benefit of the bribing company, PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML).

“Stating that the defendant Dicky Yuana Rady has been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing the criminal act of ongoing bribery corruption as in the first alternative indictment,” said the chief judge Teddy Windiartono when reading the verdict at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court, Thursday (9/4).

“Imposing a sentence on the defendant Dicky Yuana Rady therefore with a prison sentence of 4 years,” added the judge.

The judge sentenced Dicky to pay a fine of Rp 200 million subsidiary to imprisonment for 90 days. The judge also sentenced Dicky to pay restitution of SGD 10,000 subsidiary to imprisonment for 1 year.

The judge stated that Dicky Yuana was guilty of violating Article 12 letter a jo Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 127 paragraph 1 of the National Criminal Code.
