After Pertamax Price Hike, Pertamina Guarantees Sufficient Pertalite Stock

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has confirmed that stocks of the subsidised fuel Pertalite are sufficient and available for the public. Corporate Secretary Roberth MV Dumatubun stated that Pertalite distribution across all petrol station networks continues to run normally in accordance with government assignments, supported by an integrated logistics system and infrastructure to safeguard supplies throughout Indonesia. Roberth said the company continues to optimise energy supply chain management through the support of fuel terminal infrastructure, distributor and storage agencies, distribution fleets, and an integrated monitoring system across all regions of Indonesia. This step is taken to ensure the community’s energy needs can be met sustainably. “In addition to ensuring Pertalite stock is available and distribution to all petrol stations is running normally, Pertamina Patra Niaga also continues to conduct real-time monitoring of stock conditions and fuel distribution in all regions so that public needs can be properly met,” Roberth said in a statement received on Saturday (13/6). With the support of an energy infrastructure network spread from Sabang to Merauke, he said, Pertamina can maintain supply reliability and respond quickly if additional supplies are needed in a particular region. “We continue to coordinate with all stakeholders, especially with our operational unit network in 8 Regional Office Branches (Regional 1-8), in order to take anticipatory steps to ensure energy services to the public continue to run optimally. If there is an increase in demand in a region, we have prepared a distribution strengthening scheme so that supply is maintained,” he continued. Besides ensuring stock availability, Pertamina Patra Niaga also distributes subsidised fuel in accordance with the provisions and regulations set by the government. “We urge the public to use energy wisely by purchasing fuel according to their needs, its intended use, and the type of vehicle used. Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to carry out its energy distribution duties optimally and ensure the availability of Pertalite for the public is maintained,” Roberth concluded.
