After Eight Years, Maxim Surpasses 100 Million Downloads
On-demand transport service app Maxim has recorded more than 100 million downloads across various app store platforms, including Google Play Store, App Store, AppGallery, Galaxy Store, and GetApps. The achievement coincides with Maxim’s eight-year journey serving the mobility needs of the Indonesian public. Maxim Indonesia Director Development Dirhamsyah said the milestone reflects public trust in the services Maxim has provided. Stable app performance, ease of use, a variety of services, security support, and service quality are factors that have encouraged millions of Indonesians to use Maxim in their daily activities. “We would like to express our gratitude to the users who have trusted Maxim as their travel companion. We also want to show appreciation to our driver partners who have been part of Maxim’s journey to reach this achievement,” he said. He emphasised that this accomplishment motivates Maxim to continue improving service quality and developing features that offer convenience and benefits. Since arriving in Indonesia in June 2018, Maxim has continuously expanded its service coverage to various regions. To date, Maxim’s services are available in more than 400 cities across all provinces in Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua. Alongside this expansion, Maxim has introduced various features accessible through a single application. Users can utilise two-wheeled (Bike) and four-wheeled (Car) transport services, goods delivery (Delivery and Cargo), and food delivery (Food). These services are designed to simplify the public’s travel needs and daily activities. Maxim’s growth in Indonesia is also supported by an ecosystem involving multiple parties. Besides helping the public meet their mobility needs, Maxim also opens up additional income opportunities for driver partners. At the same time, the available delivery services support business owners in reaching customers and running their operations more efficiently. Entering its eighth year of operations in Indonesia, Maxim is preparing a number of development measures to address users’ evolving needs. The company will continue to enhance service quality while introducing innovations relevant to the development of digital technology. “Maxim will continue to provide affordable services and develop various features, including digital payments, security, food ordering and delivery, and artificial intelligence technology to improve user experience,” Dirhamsyah said. Going forward, Maxim will continue to align its service development with public needs and technological advancements. These efforts aim to deliver an increasingly better experience for users, while strengthening the benefits felt by driver partners and business owners who are part of Maxim’s ecosystem in Indonesia.
