After Dovia Sells Out Quickly, Sinar Mas Land Launches Livia Cluster at Grand Wisata Bekasi
The national property market in 2026 is showing positive stability, creating an ideal momentum for people to own homes, especially in the premium segment. According to a Rumah123 survey in July 2026, national house prices grew by around 1.1% year-on-year, reflecting a healthy market condition with controlled price increases. Within this trend, Bekasi continues to strengthen its position as a favoured residential area in the eastern corridor of Jabodetabek.
In line with these prospects, Grand Wisata Bekasi as a self-contained township is once again responding to high market enthusiasm. Following the success of the Dovia cluster in the Ladoria area, which sold out within a short period, Sinar Mas Land has officially launched its newest residential cluster, Livia.
CEO of Residential National Sinar Mas Land, Prasetijo Tanumihardja, stated that the success of the previous product is evidence of public trust in the value of a sustainable township. “The success of the previous cluster has encouraged us to present the Livia Cluster as a modern residence designed to meet families’ needs for quality living space with investment value,” he said.
The Livia Cluster is being built exclusively with 146 units at prices ranging from Rp2 billion to Rp3 billion. Prasetijo is optimistic that the strategic location and complete self-contained township ecosystem will strengthen Grand Wisata Bekasi’s position as a prospective residential destination.
Adopting a Mediterranean architectural style with natural and modern touches, the Livia Cluster stands on 3.2 hectares of land. Three types of residences are offered to accommodate the needs of modern families. Each unit is equipped with 3 to 4+1 bedrooms and a carport capable of accommodating three cars, prioritising maximum functionality and comfort.
Livia residents will enjoy complete facilities at Grand Wisata Bekasi, ranging from Living World Mall, Sport Club, Go Wet! Waterpark, to Pasar Modern. In the near future, the area will also be equipped with Farmtopia by Dairyland Cimory Group and The Quantis Club as a high-standard sports club.
The education and health sectors are also comprehensively available, including Al-Azhar School, IPEKA, Notre Dame, as well as plans for the presence of Al Wildan Islamic School. For health services, there are Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Hermina, and Eka Hospital.
In terms of accessibility, Livia is located on the western side of Grand Wisata Bekasi, close to the JORR 2 Toll Road access via the Setu Utara Toll Gate and the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road via the Tambun Toll Gate. The area is also supported by national strategic infrastructure (PSN) such as the Becakayu Toll Road, the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway, the Jabodebek LRT, and the Cikarang-Balaraja MRT line, which are certain to continue increasing property investment value in the region.
