AFP invests in RI firm

SINGAPORE (Reuters): Asia Food & Properties Ltd. (AFP) said yesterday it had paid Rp 8 billion, or Singapore $2.8 million, for an 80 percent stake in an Indonesian company.

AFP said in a statement it had subscribed for 8,000 shares in IMTR, a private company which is involved in trading and investment holding.

IMTR has an authorized capital of Rp 10 billion.
