Aerobus Opens Pekanbaru-Bandung Route Using Double-Decker Bus, Still Free

PO Aerobus Transport will open a new inter-city inter-provincial (AKAP) route from Pekanbaru to Bandung. In the near future, the Pekanbaru-based operator will conduct a road test for this new route with a fare of Rp 0. The new route will utilise double-decker bus services. The road test will be available only to 33 passengers, so the quota is limited. Passengers can register via the form link available on Aerobus’s official social media. For information, this new AKAP bus route is scheduled to officially launch in mid-May 2026. The buses will be equipped with premium facilities to support passenger comfort during the journey. This Pekanbaru-Bandung bus route will pass through the cities of Jambi, Palembang, Lampung, Jakarta, and end in Bandung.
