ADVAN and bolttech Partner to Launch ADP Protection for AIR NEO Customers

Jakarta, Indonesia — ADVAN, one of Indonesia’s leading technology brands, has partnered with bolttech Indonesia (PT Bolttech Insurance Broker), part of the global insurtech company bolttech, to launch ADP Protection. This service is included with eligible purchases of the ADVAN AIR NEO, the latest AI-ready laptop from ADVAN.

This programme marks the first time ADVAN has provided advanced device protection for its customers and is part of a broader plan to extend such protection offerings to other laptop models in the future.

Supported by bolttech, this integrated device protection programme is designed to provide greater security and confidence for customers during the warranty period. It reflects the shared commitment of ADVAN and bolttech to creating a more comprehensive device ownership experience through a combination of innovative technology and customer-focused protection solutions.

ADP Protection covers 12 months of protection against accidental damage and liquid damage for eligible ADVAN AIR NEO purchases. In the initial stage, the programme will be available through specific online marketplaces before being expanded to eligible ADVAN sales channels and participating retail partners.

The programme is supported by PT Bolttech Insurance Broker as the insurance broker and PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia as the insurance provider.
