Advan Admits X1 Neo Box Design Does Not Match the Phone Sold

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Advan Indonesia has acknowledged that the illustration on the back of the Advan X1 Neo’s packaging, which shows a small punch-hole camera, does not match the unit it sells.

“The front camera is depicted with a punch-hole design, a small camera hole separated within the screen area. The actual Advan X1 Neo, however, uses a waterdrop-notch design, a small indentation from the top edge of the screen that houses the front camera,” Advan Indonesia said on its official website, monitored in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Advan apologised for the potential confusion among consumers. The company said it had corrected the illustration on the Advan X1 Neo packaging and that the revised design would be used in subsequent box-printing production.

According to the website, the Advan X1 Neo features a 6.8-inch (17.27-centimetre) HD+ display, a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, Android 16 and NFC to support convenient transactions and connectivity.

The phone has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, with a microSD expansion slot. It is priced at Rp1.799 million.
