HELPING SMALL COMPANIES: The governor of Yogyakarta, Sultan Hamengku Buwono X, and the executive director of the World Trade Center Jakarta, Arief Gunawan (standing), sign a Memorandum of Understanding at the Grand opening of the 10-day Yogyakarta Art and Culture Festival at the World Trade Center building on Oct. 12. The MoU sets out a plan to introduce and develop Business NETraders Centers to help small and medium enterprises from Yogyakarta and other parts of the country gain access to export markets through information networks provided by the World Trade Center Association, which has representatives in 336 cities in 101 countries
