ADRO's 2026 Dividend Reaches Rp 3.38 Trillion, Here is the Distribution Schedule
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) has set a cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year with a total value of US$197.5 million, equivalent to approximately Rp 3.38 trillion (assuming an exchange rate of Rp 17,130 per US dollar). The decision on the ADRO 2026 dividend was taken at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 17 April 2026. In a disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website quoted on Tuesday (21/4/2026), the company stated that the dividend is part of the company’s financial performance throughout 2025. The dividend distribution is based on the financial performance achieved as of 31 December 2025. The report mentions a net profit attributable to the parent entity of US$447,694,220, equivalent to approximately Rp 7.67 trillion. Additionally, the unrestricted retained earnings balance is recorded at US$3,222,263,000, equivalent to approximately Rp 55.19 trillion, with total equity reaching US$5,003,953,000 or about Rp 85.71 trillion. In the same document, ADRO also released the complete schedule for the cash dividend distribution to shareholders. The cum dividend date in the regular market and negotiation market is set for 27 April 2026. Meanwhile, the ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation markets falls on 28 April 2026. For the cash market, the cum dividend is scheduled for 29 April 2026, while the ex dividend is on 30 April 2026. The company has set the cash dividend payment date for 8 May 2026. The disclosure states that the dividend payment will be made no later than 10 exchange days after the recording date.
