ADRO Portfolio Posts Earnings per Share of Rp 1,627

JAKARTA, investor.id — PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI) posted net profit attributable to owners of the parent of US$760.18 million for 2025, down from US$1.21 billion in 2024. As of 31 December 2025, earnings per share stood at US$0.09762 (about Rp 1,627 per share). It is noted that AADI now exists primarily as a portfolio investment of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), which held a 15.37% stake in AADI as of 31 January 2026. AADI posted operating revenue of US$4.91 billion in 2025, down from US$5.31 billion the previous year, while the cost of revenue came in at US$3.64 billion from US$3.85 billion previously. Consequently, gross profit was US$1.26 billion, down from US$1.46 billion. AADI previously paid an interim dividend for the 2025 books of US$250 million, settled on 27 November 2025, with a dividend per share of Rp 538. ADRO shares closed 0.24% lower at Rp 10,300 at the close of trading on Friday (6 March 2026), although the stock had risen 25.61% over the past month.
