Adira Finance (ADMF) to Distribute Rp772 Billion Dividend, Note the Dates

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The listed financing company PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) has announced a cash dividend distribution of Rp772.37 billion for the 2025 fiscal year. This amount was approved at the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 6 April 2026. The company has set the dividend distribution at around 50% of the 2025 net profit, with a total value of approximately Rp772.37 billion. The dividend amount is equivalent to Rp630 per share, assuming the number of shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) does not exceed 1.23 billion shares on the recording date. For reference, according to the latest financial report cited from the Indonesia Stock Exchange disclosure, ADMF’s net profit for the year ending December 2025 was recorded at Rp1.54 trillion. Meanwhile, in 2024, the company booked a profit of Rp1.81 trillion. This decline in profit occurred amid a 2.88% increase in revenue to Rp12.12 trillion from the previous Rp11.78 trillion. The company’s total expenses also rose to Rp10.14 trillion from Rp9.5 trillion.
