ADHI Strengthens ESG, Drives Efficiency and Risk Management
PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk is strengthening the application of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in conducting its business operations. The implementation of ESG aims to maintain operational performance while managing risks.
The company integrates ESG into its policies and operational activities across all business lines. ADHI applies 11 ESG policies that cover environmental, social, and governance aspects. This implementation is intended to increase operational efficiency while ensuring business sustainability.
On the environmental aspect, the company runs programmes such as green construction, an ISO 50001-based energy management system, waste management, and efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, tree planting activities and mangrove rehabilitation are carried out to support ecosystem preservation.
On the social side, ADHI implements occupational safety programmes, human resource development, and empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises. The company also strengthens industrial relations and improves employee welfare.
Meanwhile, on the governance aspect, ADHI strengthens the oversight system through anti-corruption programmes, a violation reporting system, and enhancements in compliance and corporate ethics.
ADHI’s Corporate Strategy General Manager, Parwanto Noegroho, stated that the implementation of ESG is part of business transformation. “ADHI not only focuses on infrastructure development but is also committed to preserving the environment and providing benefits to the wider community. Through ESG implementation, we ensure that every business step taken aligns with sustainability principles and good governance,” he said on Friday (17/4/2026).
ESG integration is also supported by strengthened risk management to maintain business continuity. This approach is expected to enhance the company’s competitiveness amid increasingly high sustainability demands.
ADHI assesses that ESG implementation not only impacts operations but also strengthens long-term business fundamentals. This effort is part of the company’s contribution to supporting sustainable development.
