Adhi Karya to Streamline All Subsidiaries

BP BUMN, in collaboration with Danantara, is driving the transformation of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk and its subsidiaries through a gradual simplification of its business structure. From its current 18 entities, ADHI is being directed towards a simpler and more integrated structure to strengthen its business focus while supporting the company’s financial recovery.

In his guidance to the management team, the Head of BP BUMN and COO of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, emphasised the importance of returning ADHI to its core business as a professional contracting company, with work quality as one of the primary priorities.

“My hope is that the results of all the processes we undertake will make Adhi healthy, allowing us to focus solely on being a contractor with high quality,” Dony stated in a written statement in Jakarta on Friday (4/9/2026).

In line with these efforts, Dony asserted the need for simplifying the business structure and halting the formation of new subsidiaries.

“We see that every time a new subsidiary is created, problems arise. Therefore, stop; there must be no more new subsidiaries,” Dony added.

The completion of financial restructuring, targeted for September 2026, is also a vital component in strengthening the company’s foundation and supporting ADHI’s future business sustainability.

Meanwhile, regarding subsidiaries in the property sector, including PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk, a thorough due diligence process will be conducted. The results of this due diligence will serve as the basis for determining the best course of action regarding the businesses and assets held.

With a simpler business structure, a focus on core operations, and an increasingly healthy financial condition, ADHI is expected to strengthen its competitiveness and create high-quality, sustainable growth.
