Adhi Karya: New contracts grow 131.5% to Rp4.72 trillion
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Adhi Karya Tbk (Persero) or ADHI recorded a 131.5% year-on-year (yoy) growth in the value of new contracts, reaching Rp4.72 trillion as of March 2026, compared to the same period in the previous year.
ADHI Corporate Secretary Rozi Sparta stated that the company continues to focus on improving overall business quality by emphasising the strengthening of its core construction business.
“The company has managed to maintain positive performance amid industry challenges, while strengthening its competitiveness in capturing opportunities for strategic projects amid the dynamics of the national construction sector,” said Rozi, as quoted from the information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Jakarta, on Tuesday.
He assured that the company is committed to continuously strengthening its business fundamentals through improvements in operational quality, efficiency, and good corporate governance.
“With this strategy, the company is optimistic about maintaining sustainable growth and providing tangible contributions to national development,” said Rozi.
Looking ahead, the company will also continue to drive healthy and sustainable business growth, while ensuring that every project undertaken delivers direct benefits to society and supports the acceleration of infrastructure development in Indonesia.
Based on funding sources, the company’s new contract acquisitions are dominated by government projects at 76%, followed by SOE projects at 22%, and private projects at 2%.
Meanwhile, based on business lines, the largest contribution comes from the engineering and construction sector at 95%, followed by contributions from the property, manufacturing, and investment & concession business lines.
Of the total new contracts obtained, Rp4 trillion comes from non-joint operation (non-JO) projects, while Rp183 billion comes from joint operation (JO) projects.
“This demonstrates the company’s ability to maintain a balanced project portfolio while expanding strategic collaborations through partnership schemes,” said Rozi.
Several strategic projects successfully secured by the company up to March 2026 include emergency response handling in Aceh and North Sumatra, and the CWC-4I Cimanuk River and Dyke Improvement in Indramayu (Package 2).
Additionally, the construction/renovation of Muna Barat Regency General Hospital, the Sigli-Seulimeum Toll Section 1 Padang Tiji, and the construction of the Pattimura On/Off Ramp on the Semarang-Solo Toll Road.
