Adhi Karya Integrates ESG Principles Across All Projects

JAKARTA – PT Adhi Karty (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) is integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles across all its business lines and project execution. The implementation covers resource-use efficiency, construction technology innovation, and project management that takes account of safety, quality and environmental impact.

ADHI Corporate Secretary Rozi Sparta said the ESG application is intended to ensure that infrastructure development produces not only physical projects, but also long-term benefits for society, the environment and the economy.

“ADHI believes infrastructure development should be designed to deliver long-term benefits for communities, preserve the environment, and support inclusive economic growth. This commitment is realised through the application of ESG principles across all business lines and operations, resource-use efficiency, construction technology innovation, and project management that attends to safety, quality and environmental impact,” Rozi said in a press release on Monday (20 July 2026).

According to Rozi, ESG implementation has become part of the company’s operational management and project execution across various regions. For this effort, he said, ADHI won the Best Contractor Sector – Best Sustainable Infrastructure Award at the IndoBuildTech Awards 2026, held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD in Tangerang on Friday (11 July). The award was received by Tanti Indriastuti, Head of the ADHI Learning Centre, on behalf of the company.

The IndoBuildTech Awards is an appreciation event for developers and contractors judged to have contributed to Indonesia’s development. Assessment is carried out together with professionals and construction industry experts through a number of categories measuring innovation, quality and company performance in developing the construction sector and the built environment.

Rozi said the award recognises the application of quality, innovation and sustainability aspects in the projects ADHI has carried out. The company also expressed its appreciation to all employees and working partners involved in project execution.

He said sustainability principles will continue to be applied to business activities through innovation, corporate governance, and collaboration with stakeholders in infrastructure development.
