Adhi Karya (ADHI) Replaces Commissioners and Directors, Here is the New Composition

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI) has announced changes to its management structure, affecting both the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. This decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

The AGMS results have officially dismissed with honours Arthur Lombogia as Commissioner and Alloysius Suko Widigdo as Director of Operations I.

“The Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of ADHI extend their thanks to Bob Arthur Lombogia and Alloysius Suko Widigdo for their dedication and support to ADHI during their tenure as members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of ADHI,” stated Corporate Secretary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, Rozi Sparta, quoted on Friday (8/5/2026).

Subsequently, shareholders have approved the appointment of Alexander Rubi Satyoadi as Commissioner, as well as the changes to the nomenclature and composition of the Company’s Board of Directors, namely Vera Kirana as Director of Business Portfolio and Risk, Harimawan as Director of Operations I, and Yan Arianto as Director of Operations II.

“The decisions taken in the AGMS are part of the Company’s efforts to strengthen corporate governance, maintain business continuity, and support the achievement of performance targets and the Company’s future growth strategy,” he revealed.

In addition, during the AGMS, shareholders also approved the change of 54,087,737 Series B shares owned by BP BUMN into Series A Dwiwarna shares. This was done to fulfil Law No. 16 of 2025 on State-Owned Enterprises.
