ADCP Speaks Out on PKPU Lawsuit Over Adhi City Sentul Project
PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) has issued its latest report regarding the petition for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) filed against the Company.
Citing a disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), based on the summons (relaas) Number 5571/PN.01.W10.U1/HK2.4/9/2026 dated 9 September 2026 and received by the Company on 13 September 2026, ADCP currently stands as the Respondent in the PKPU case.
The petition was filed by PT Burda Contraco through its legal counsel, Ivo Antoni Ginting, S.H., under case registration number 273/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026/PN.Niaga.Jak.Pst at the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court.
In its report, ADCP’s management explained that PT Burda Contraco is the contractor working on the Phase 2 Access Bridge project at Adhi City Sentul, as well as the House Construction Services for the Adhi City Sentul project. Burda Contraco stated that ADCP, as the Respondent, still has debts or obligations arising from that work which have yet to be settled.
According to the summons, the court proceedings between the petitioner and the respondent are scheduled to take place on Thursday, 17 September 2026, at 09.45 WIB, at the Central Jakarta Class 1A Special District Court, Jalan Bungur Besar Raya No. 24, 26, 28, Gunung Sahari Selatan, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
In response to the PKPU petition, ADCP’s management asserted that, based on currently available conditions and information, there is no significant impact on the Company’s financial performance or operational activities. The case is also claimed not to affect the Company’s ability to meet its obligations to bondholders, sukuk holders, or creditors and other financing facilities.
Accordingly, the Company stated that it can continue to conduct its business and operations as usual. Nevertheless, management said it will continue to monitor and evaluate every development in the PKPU process and its potential impact on the Company and its stakeholders.
The report letter was also copied to ADCP’s Board of Commissioners, the Head of the Company Valuation Division Group II of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk as Trustee for Bonds II and III, and PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk as Monitoring Agent and Guarantee Agent for the Ijarah Sukuk.
