Adaro Andalan Indonesia (AADI) Sees Revenue and Net Profit Decline in Q1 2026
PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI) posted underwhelming financial performance in the first three months of 2026. According to financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), AADI’s operating revenue fell 10.34% year on year (yoy) to US$1.04 billion in Q1 2026. In contrast, operating revenue in Q1 2025 stood at US$1.16 billion. The majority of AADI’s operating revenue came from the mining and coal trading segment, amounting to US$988.36 million in Q1 2026, a 11.29% yoy decrease from US$1.11 billion in the previous period. AADI also generated revenue from the logistics segment valued at US$134.04 million in Q1 2026, marking a 2.20% yoy increase from US$131.15 million previously. Along with this, AADI’s cost of goods sold decreased 3.72% yoy to US$786.64 million in Q1 2026, down from US$817.03 million. This result enabled AADI to record gross profit of US$257.55 million in Q1 2026, a 25.87% yoy contraction compared to gross profit of US$347.41 million in Q1 2025. AADI also achieved pre-income tax profit of US$208.44 million in Q1 2026, which was 25.64% higher yoy than the previous period’s US$280.30 million. As of the end of Q1 2026, AADI’s total assets reached US$5.78 billion, up 1.23% from the company’s total assets at the end of 2025, which were US$5.71 billion.
