Founder and CEO of Whitesky Group, Denon Prawiraatmadja, stated that the challenges facing the business world today are no longer singular but cross-sectoral and cross-contextual. “Future leadership is not just about strategy, but about how we understand change and see opportunities that are often not visible on the surface,” Denon said in his statement on Monday (11/5/2026). He assessed that the current leadership perspective is increasingly relevant to address broader dynamics, not only within the scope of organisations but also in interconnected contexts. Denon said that many important decisions in the business world are influenced by factors that are not always directly visible. “What is not visible often becomes the determinant in every major decision. That is where the role of mindset becomes very important,” Denon revealed. According to him, rapid changes require leaders to have a more integrated approach in making decisions. This is deemed important so that organisations can survive while adapting to continuously evolving challenges. He noted that leadership is not only related to short-term business management but also how organisations respond to changes sustainably.
